Pale Ale

This beer started life as a derivative of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Since the original recipe, barley and hops have been substituted to give this beer a flavor of it's own. Amarillo hops give this beer a nice spicy citrus flavor with overtones of wheat and honey from the barley. A good beer to drink year round.

Base Malt: 2-row pale malt
Hops: Cascade, Amarillo
Approximate ABV: 5.2%

American Wheat

JoJo's American Wheat is a crisp wheat ale (not to be confused with Hefewizen) perfect for hot summer days. This beer has very light hop flavoring with just a hint of floral and citrus. The clean wheat taste that comes through is a good thirst queencher.

Base Malt: 2-row pale malt/Flaked Wheat
Hops: Willammette
Approximate ABV: 4.8%
